Processing & Shipping Time
As all candles are handmade by me in my home studio, candles may take 3-5 business days to be processed as I am also working a 9-5 job during the day. Once candles are processed, you will receive a tracking number and notification of the package shipment. The delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and dependent on the shipping carrier as well.
Return & Exchange Policy
I typically don't provide refunds for any orders and all items are final sale. However, if your candle is damaged* during transit - please contact me via the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the product with images of the damaged products and I will be happy to assist you.
Stolen Packages and Delivery Issues
Please ensure you're inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If the carrier fails to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, there will be a shipping charge applied at the full rate (not discounted) to reship your order. If your package is stolen, please file a claim with the carrier for a full refund.
Terms & Conditions
As all the candles are handmade individually by me, no two candles are identical and the actual candle received may differ slightly to the product images.
Natural occurrences of soy wax (such as frosting) are not eligible reasons for return & exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please return the candle unused and its original packaging due to the handmade nature of them.
