FAQ

️🔥 Burn Care🔥

• Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials.
• Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/4" before each burn to prevent smoking.
• Burn only on a stable heat resistant surface for no more than 4 hours at a time.
• Allow wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent tunneling
  
• Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains in bottom.
• Do not move the candle while burning or if wax is hot.
• Keep out of reach of children & pets.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

✨ Candle Care: Flame Won’t Stay Lit? ✨

• Make sure it’s about ¼ inch long. A wick that’s too short can drown in wax.
• Keep your candle away from fans, AC, or open windows.
• Burn candle for at least 2 hours the first time so the wax melts evenly.
• Gently remove some melted wax around the wick with a spoon or paper towel (you can use a hair dryer to melt the wax surface)

💜 Where can I buy candles in-person?💜

As of now, Lumi Studio is only selling online. However, I will definitely try to expand the collection and start selling at markets and pop-up stores so join the email list to stay in the loop!
